A platform for municipalities and an app for citizens
The backend municipalities use to publish notices, events and practical information, and the app citizens and visitors use to receive them on their phones.
Where it started
In a town not every resident hears about reports, events and notices. People from elsewhere, tourists for example, often don’t know the local rules, starting with how waste collection works.
What I did
I designed the backend municipalities use to manage announcements and services: notices, reports, events and practical information about the area.
I built the app where residents and visitors receive those announcements on their phones and find the rules of the town they are in.
What changed
The municipality has a direct channel to the people who live in or pass through it, and visitors find the local rules in the app.
