You want to know which repetitive tasks you can hand to AI, and which you can't.

AI integration consulting for business processes

A convincing demo tells you little about how it will do with your documents. So I start from one concrete case, test it on real data and measure how often the result is correct.

Where a mistake is expensive, a person checks the result before it becomes final.

How I approach it

The most common mistake I see is not knowing how to ask the model for things. A vague request gets a vague result, and the conclusion is that AI doesn't work for that task.

An important part of the consulting is exactly this: working out which information you need and in what form, then writing instructions and examples that get the model to give it to you consistently. Finally I measure the results on your data, so we know how far it can be trusted.

When it helps

  • Your team spends hours reading, sorting or retyping documents.
  • You have a specific idea, such as classifying documents, answering requests or extracting data, and want to know if it works.
  • You want to add AI features to business software, a website or a plugin you already have.
  • You're worried about cost, reliability and where your data ends up.

What's included

  • Process analysis to choose which task to start with.
  • A prototype on real data, so you see results before investing.
  • Integration into your existing software, through model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic and others) or MCP servers.
  • Running-cost estimates and choosing the right model for the task.
  • Review of data handling and GDPR safeguards.

How it works

  1. Mapping

We look at your processes together and pick one concrete case to start with.

  2. Prototype

A test on real data, measuring how often the result is correct.

  3. Decision

With the prototype's numbers we decide whether to go ahead, adjust or stop.

  4. Integration

Development inside the software you already use, with the checks it needs.

An example

What you get

  • Prioritised use-case analysis.
  • A working prototype with measured results.
  • A documented production integration.

FAQ

Does AI replace people?

In the cases I work on it takes away the repetitive part, and decisions stay with people.

Is my data used to train the models?

It depends on the provider and the contract you choose. Choosing settings and providers that suit the data you handle is part of the consulting.
