Applications from the website, CVs read by AI
A WordPress plugin that shows on the site the listings the HR team publishes in the backend and collects applications, plus an AI workflow that reads CVs and sorts them.
Where it started
The HR team published job listings in a backend, but the listings had to appear on the WordPress site, where people apply. The CVs that came in then had to be read and sorted by hand.
What I did
I built a WordPress plugin that connects the site to the backend: listings published by HR appear on the pages and people apply straight from the site.
Then I built an AI workflow that reads incoming CVs and sorts them by category.
What changed
HR publishes a listing in one place and finds it on the site, and CVs arrive already sorted by category.
